  Product carefully packaged and good communication with seller only issue carrier company damaged goods in transit spoke with seller who took videos and pictures to confirm all was securely sent. Shame that we can’t criticise carriers both as sellers and buyers

  Dissappointingly neutral feedback was left due to an item arriving damaged in transit, despite it being carefully packaged and out of my hands once posted. I met the time scale the customer needed but this hasn't been taken into account when leaving feedback. I've requested photos to follow this up with the delivery company, but unfortunately haven’t received a response from the buyer yet. I was made aware of the issue several weeks later due to their wedding.
