WBGO Radio (NJ) has had a profound influence on my tastes recently. When I was a child, Sarah used to perform in Asbury Park at the Palace hotel along with Lena Horn and a bunch of other jazz greats. Of course I was too young to enjoy them then but now after 50 years, I'm getting into the old timers. Life really is like a circle! I am learning to appreciate the original Jazz, alot of different people and styles and Sarah is one of them. She has a lovely,lovely voice.
