EHX hit a homerun
1 of 1 found this helpful I have an original one from the mid nineties. This sounds very, very close, but with modern features. This easily stands up to boutique clones. This is not a subtle effect. The pedal generates massive bass that can't really be dialed out, but that's part of the allure.

one of the best games i've played, minus a few bad bugs
Excellent plot, voice acting, writing, role-playing opportunity, fun and strategic battles, and a believable immersive world make this one of the best rpgs I've ever played. However, in both playthroughs I've attempted, I had to deal with a game-breaking bug. In one, I could not remove a disguise, and had to reload an old save. In the next, the game suddenly decided not to successfully save at new save points. This totally broke the game and I have not yet been able to fix it.
