Audiovox Portable DVD is fabulous

This is my second Audiovox portable DVD player and I got 7 years out of the first one. As the saying goes if it isn't broken, don't fix it. Mine finally did get worn and the locking mechanism that recognized the lid is closed to allow the DVD to play finally stopped working. However, the unit never gave me a problem electronically. This is a large difference in screen size and comes with all the previous features and then some. I am hoping to get another 7 years out of this one since my son uses it regularly.
