    This seller is the most professional I've ever dealt with. I ordered during the Canada Post strike, and they reached out to me as soon as I made the purchase to warn of the shipping delay and pro-actively offer a refund up front if I couldn't afford to wait out the delay. When I said waiting was no problem, they held my order nearly a month - then shipped it on the very first day after the strike ended. The figure arrived in mint condition, exactly as advertised, and I could not be happier! :)

Soft and squishy.
It's very soft and comfortable to wear. I attached it to a different set of headphones with velcro and they are much more comfortable than they were before. Looks janky but whatever.
