Do yourself a favour, listen to Kristin Hersh.
Amazing book and album. Buy the book and follow instructions to download the album. Kristin Hersh is an extremely underrated misician. On this album as well as writing all the music, songs and essays she plays all the instruments. On top of that this was funded by subscribers and recorded and released by Kristin herself so she is completely unhindered by record label or the music industry. Her awesome talent should have made her a fortune, but the music industry is nothing if not skewed.
