Works well, but you should still watch what you eat
Fructaid does what it's supposed to do. It helps me digest fructose. I still have to watch out what exactly the foods I eat are sweetened with. Fructaid is for example not effective against sorbit. (Many people who have a fructose malabsorption or intolerance are sensitive to sorbit as well) But white sugar, cane sugar and honey are all a mix of fructose and glucose and can therefore be digested with the help of fructaid. This opens up so many options of foods that would otherwise cause me a host of lousy symptoms.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to everyone who suffers from fructose malabsorption.
