    Described as new however there were broken clips. The seller states this happened when it was removed from a new vehicle. Not happy buying a "new" item which has undisclosed damage. The seller did offer a refund initially but wouldn't entertain any kind of compensation if I kept the misdescribed item, just a sarcastic "suggest you put your time to something more productive" which helps noone hence this negative review.
