  Item came in damaged. I know that happens in shipping and not holding that against the seller. But when the seller said it's not their problem then the transaction took a turn. It's up to the seller to get an item to the buyer in the condition in the listing, photos, etc. A seller can't wash their hands about damage...that's what sellers can purchase insurance for. Would have been positive feedback until the seller basically to me they weren't liable.
