Good but has a few issues that you have to work around dependant upon use case scenario.

Works as advertised, only slight problem is there is no battery backup, so display doesn't stay on in the case where a socket isn't particularly accessable in order to read the display. Dont get me wrong, it does have a backup battery in order to save the pence/kWh price and total watt hours etc, but the readings for current and momentary readings are not saved. Also reseting any accumulative values also resets the kWh cost, so this has to be i/p each time the device is used to record information over an extended period i.e. if you want to measure a mixed load for a period of time to work out an average cost. Additionally, the unit didn't come with any instructions and doesn't have an internal fuse for the unit itself, only a low value of resistor which also serves to current limit the capacitive dropper where the device derives its own power supply from

Reasonable quality at a reasonable price!

Ok, so although I said it was a bit noisy, I'm running it without pwm. Otherwise being a larger fan it doesn't have such a high pitch unlike smaller fans. It appears to be a reasonable fan able to move a good volume of air
