  The 'all caps" assessment that the item was broken in shipment is dubious. The item was shipped in perfect condition in the original packaging meant for such shipping. If it was damaged in shipping, it is entirely normal procedure to file a clam with the shipper. As it was in perfect condition as noted in the photos, it is entirely possible the item was damaged while removing it from the packaging. In any event, eBay has made you whole. Please do not bid on my auctions moving forward, thank you
