  I ordered my item but I came in broken through no fault of the seller. I could see that the item was packaged carefully but during shipping it was obvious that it had been handled roughly and the box was beat up and torn in the corners….definitely the fault of the postal service. I contacted the seller and sent photos and she refunded me quickly. Honest seller and excellent customer service!!!!

  Shoes were packed well and in great condition but the elastic straps had stretched, probably from storage, making them too loose to stay on my feet. Seller immediately issued a refund although I hadn’t asked and it wasn’t necessary. Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
