International shipping issues: message from Royal Mail to their customers.

Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to our international export services following a cyber incident. We are temporarily unable to dispatch items to overseas destinations.

From 19 00 hrs 13th January, we will be temporarily suspending all export services and ask that you hold any export mail items while we work to resolve the issue. Items that have already been dispatched may be subject to delays. This means that you will not be able to generate any labels for items being exported.

We would like to sincerely apologise to impacted customers for any disruption this incident is causing.

Royal Mail is working around the clock to restore our systems.

    A really pleasurable buying experience! The seller expertly packaged the item, and even wrapped it up in a Hornby TrakMat (probably the best thing to do with those). The loco itself is exactly as described and in good condition for its age. It was sent promptly and arrived when it said it would. Overall, it was great value for money.     The item was as described and packaged well. I have used this seller on many previous occasions and the transactions have always been seamless. As I reside in Canada, whose postal service was not accepting packages from the UK due to industrial action, the seller offered a refund without prompting. Eventually, the transaction could proceed. I consider this level of service to be consistently outstanding. Ironically, the item arrived well within time. Very highly recommended seller.

    Described as oo gauge scale 1:79 , it is though way too small for 00 gauge but more like N gauge, so does not fit Hornby Hogwarts Express oo gauge engine/tender, I will say the seller was good for posting out fast but I haven’t made contact to send back as it’s down to me to pay the return and with the cost of postage will lose what I paid and not worth the hassle for me. Good seller just not in my view the right size description otherwise I wouldn’t have bought.
