Not user friendly
1 of 1 found this helpful The instructions for the Fitbit are not very good. Somehow I ended up with some foreign language on the reminders on my Fitbit. Getting that changed was a huge challenge. The Fitbit folks were useless.
Ultimately I was able to get all settings completely reset when my student returned from college. If you are computer literate, this might be okay, but I'm older and not adept at maneuvering through reams of poorly written directions.
