  Arrived quicky and as described, however in typical Hermes style they delivered to wrong address. Luckily this time I managed to find the parcel unlike many others. Read buyer message.

  Thank you for the positive feedback. My personal experience of Hermes is excellent which is why I use them. The driver and his partner that deliver to and collect from me have been doing so for 8 years and the service is 10 out of 10. Sorry to hear you do not receive the same service in your area.
