easy to instal
1 of 1 found this helpful easy to fit been 70 years old did not fancy putting another aerial on roof of bungalow so bought this, took me about 20 mins to assemble then just put it on a wooden pole screwed to my side garden gate, only about 7.8 ft high, pointed roughly to were my roof one points and hey presto a picture, on every channel,retuned tele to make sure and got a few more channels and the good bit is its a clearer picture with more colour to it, how or why but the colour is better, amazing

it relaxes you,its helped lower bp ,still taking pill but reduced from 10mg to 5 and bp lower than it was on 10mg, hope to get to 2.5 then off them while still using resperate.
