Product is very sturdy and well made. I like that it is an enhancement to your existing doorbell system. It replaces your old doorbell button and is powered by your existing system. No batteries to be replaced. The audio quality for the visitor is loud and very clear. It records continuously and you can opt for different storage lengths depending on your subscription. Software allow you to search events easily
