  Seller marked the item shipped but didn't actually ship it. After 3 weeks I messaged seller and got no response from them. I ended up getting an eBay notification that I'd received a partial refund. I messaged again asking for the remaining balance of my refund but still no response. Over 2 months have gone by with ZERO communication on their end and they still owe me money. Terrible seller.
