OMG, this is awesome.
I continue to have debilitating muscle spasms and Charlie horses that are extremely painful. I bought this on the recommendation of a friend who raved about it and I don't know how I lived without it. It works so well. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has painful legs, back, well...anywhere.

Cute story for kids through adults
My niece recommended I read this book because she is a teacher and said her students love it. I am 52 years old but didn't find the book "below" me because it is such a cute story. It is fast reading and enjoyable. I even had my 83 year old mom read it and she enjoyed it, too. I think any kid old enough will love it.

I would recommend this to everyone.
Oh, my gosh, if you love the movie like I do then you will enjoy the CD. The music brings to mid each scene of the movie so it is great that way. When I'm driving in traffic, I can put this in and be taken away to the movie, lol.
