Genuine Glass block Window at an Unbelievably Good Price!
We are thrilled with this window...it beats anything else that claims to be a "glass block window". The other windows we looked at had "glass blocks" that were relatively thin pieces of Plexiglas that were supposed to imitate the look of glass blocks. And, they were more expensive! These windows are the real deal with genuine glass blocks in high quality window frames. The price is incredible, too! very affordable. I am now casting about, trying to figure out where else we can use them in our remodeling project. They are perfect and I could not be happier.

spinal decompression therapy
this is a good machine and I get great therapeutic value from it
this was tricky to assemble and tedious to adjust correctly
I had to figure out a few things to learn how to get the most therapeutic value from it
to get the best fit keep your knees apart as you kneel in it,
the closer together you put your knees the less decompression you get
also keep your hands on the handles as you stretch out
otherwise the machine cramps on your armpits and shoulders
also this is not the maching for you if you have bad knees or trouble kneeling ,getting down on the floor or getting back off the floor
If you have bad knees there are similar machines that you stand in rather than kneel

Super value and high quality too!
This is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have paid much more for similar products and the quality of this one is identical at the very least.
