Quality has gone way down
1 of 1 found this helpful Rated poor. Used like 12 times and the handle will not fully extend. Have had three Targus bags and have had issues with all three. They do have a lifetime warranty but it's the hassle of being without the bag while it is away for service so new in it's service life.
