Mine worked great.
These are returns but they work fine. Only problem is they look as if previous purchaser had it outside in garage or a non climate controlled environment and the humidity caused oxidation. I had to use metal polish to polish the inside of the drum housing mating surface. After that it measures powder perfect as long as you hold it for a few seconds to allow powder to fully fill the measure and again to empty into the shell but that all comes with getting the feel of it. I bought two the bench model and the one used on the press both had the same problem bad maintenance leading to oxidation. Clean them up work as if new. Same measure every pull and no powder leaks.

12 of 12 found this helpful Read reviews from some people that quick release doesn't work and scope won't mount tight. Push in on the axle of the quick release mechanism until the + shaped nut raises above the locking lever, tighten nut 1/4 turn and try. Repeat if still loose. do not run nut down so tight that you break the locking lever when locking it down. Be gentle. Scope works great at 100 yds add another IR light to your rail and you can see way farther than safe to shoot at night. This is a lot better than the stuff we had in the Army back in the 80's. For this price it can't be beat. It is a Gen. 1 , old technology but it works. If you want better be prepared to spend a whole lot more $. For what i paid I for it it's one great scope. Coyotees beware.
