Shocking.
1 of 1 found this helpful This machine failed on the third load. After many attempts to call Candy Support, they finally sent an engineer, which would have been a 10 day wait had it not been for a cancellation.
The engineer promptly diagnosed a fault he had never seen before and would have to order parts. He mentioned to us that Candy (Haier) will replace all parts of an appliance before replacing it.
We have since been told that the parts are not in stock at Candy and they have no idea when they will be in.
I have no spent £375 on a futile white box with a door..
Candy should not be selling products that they do not have the ability to support.
It is very quiet though, not making any noise at all.
