Good machine
Excellent, capable, quality-made machine.
Wish it were cheaper.
Differences between 860 and 870 models
- The bean hopper in 860 needs help feeding the beans when nearly empty. Not a big deal.
- 860 does not have hot water option. I find this option unnecessary because the water reservoir runs out quickly fast anyway.
- The 870 is reported to have an imporved water heating element and control. Can't say anything about that. Happy with the results on 860.

Buyer beware
Perhaps other models work. The one I purchased doesn't.
The following refers to Hybrid RAV4 XLE 2021 push-to-start. Looks identical to original. However:
* Locksmiths in area refused to try, as they suspected it was not genuine, and had negative experience with similar products in the past (the problem is with newer cars).
* Dealership I trust (I work with them) tried to program multiple times and failed.
This is a waste of your money.
