Arctic MX-2 Thermal Paste Compound 4g Tube for all Cooling Heat Sink No Metal

Works well.

Used between an old Pentium D and a passive heat sink and have had no problems, CPU stays cool. You only need a tiny amount (definitely don't overdo it, if it spills over the edges of your CPU you will probably break the motherboard). I estimate there is enough in one tube of this stuff to cover 10 CPUs.
