A modern take on the old bakelite "cups" under the feet of furniture.
I was a little uncertain whether these would be as efficient as the old bakelite deep cups that my parents used under the legs of their furniture - sometimes, modern replacements aren't as good as "old fashioned originals" - however, I was pleased to find that these are just as good, if not better, than the old more cumbersome cups. The plastic may be thinner, however they have a greater surface onto the floor, which spreads the load better, and there is also a foam insert stops the leg of the furniture item moving around in relation to the glider. Instead of having to try to lift and "walk" a sofa around, I can give it a push with my knees, and the sofa will move to the new position without too much effort - and back again once the area below is cleaned, or the pen rescued! The sofa is on a heavy pile Chinese type carpet, and the gliders still work well. Good value.

With 4 keys, you won't be looking for one in the future!
I was always looking for a radiator key, and the ones supplied to me when I had new Central Heating were plastic and a waste of space. So, I got these, good value, arrived quickly, and I have now taped them to the radiators that needed bleeding regularly.
Job done.

It serves its purpose, but has some downsides.
I already had some "heavy duty" storage racks in my garage, bought some 30 years ago, but I wanted to extend capacity. When I compare the quality of the metal, and the construction of the shelves, I have to say that today's offering is not a patch on the old. The metal is far thinner, resulting in a seemingly flimsy article - but whether I shall be around in another 30 years to see whether the new racks last as long is very unlikely! As commented on by other users, the flaps that slot into the retaining slots do need a bit of bending to make it easier to slot things together, however that can be achieved by a bit of thumb pressure (the metal is so thin!), and one doesn't really need an expensive rubber mallet - a piece of scrap 2 x 2 timber is quite sufficient to push things reasonably tightly together. Again, because the whole thing is fairly flimsy, it is imperative that you secure the whole thing to the wall behind, so I would say that expecting them to be free standing would not be a good idea. The shelves are only MDF, so if you get a bit of damp in your garage, then they are likely to de-laminate. On the plus side, they arrived quickly, the package was reasonably "small" (the size of the shelves - all the metal sections are packed within), and it took me (single handed) about an hour to put the whole thing together, although the instructions could be a little clearer - which way round the shelf supports could do with a better expanded view etc, and these suppliers appeared to be the cheapest for this style of shelving.
