  Great communication upto a point but truly abysmal packaging. Item arrived damaged due to poor packing, seller issued £3 refund at my request to replace smashed bulb. Some fittings missing, presumably fell out of one of the holes in the box, which was barely held together. Advised the seller of the missing fittings but was ignored. Yes, seller can't control courier handling - but they can (and should) package things in a way to help prevent damage, like wrapping glass seperately.
