ABSOLUTELY DOG PROOF
Bought two. Two raccoons first night. Neighbors dog tried to get after it on a later night. He pulled it out of the ground and tried to get the chicken skin bait, but couldn't get it and did not trip the trap. It is clearly dog proof.

NO TAIL
I thought something was missing in the box, but finally found the receiver lurking in the battery compartment. Plugged the receiver into the DELL tower USB port, and all is good.

ALOTTA ROPE
With the rope provided with this, you can make a second pull-starter if you save the old pull-starter handle. Good value!
