Good Quality, poor design!
Good quality product, but the leg design is wrong! You feel as if the rear legs of the chair want to collapse inwards. They need redesigning to space further apart. Very disappointing for Korum. Sent product back!

Needs better quality control.
Though everything arrived OK & well packaged, on fitting the until there was no flow from the water barrel it was fitted to.
On examination there was a piece of plastic obstructing the outlet.
Had to manually empty the water barrel by hand.
I had to re-drill a hole into the tap mechanism to clear the plastic!
Works well enough now.
I couldn't send it back as I needed the tap to be fitted immediately.
Needs better quality control.
