Easily installed and activated first time
Provided is a sealed Windows 10 Professional CD and OEM activation code that can be seen only after opening the product. Does a complete install and it seems to only do a complete install. I find it best to provide a LAN Internet connection during install so that Windows can use the Update site.
I tried another OEM offering and although the activation code worked, there were some absent Windows features. For example, the Control Panel 'Display' option was not present. I have not found any features missing from the several copies I purchased from Marks-Mall.
The product does what I bought it for - installs on a new PC - I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

Caller ID modem that works in the UK
I bought a couple of modems advertised for sale in the UK as having caller ID functionality, but did not decode caller ID. I read about the HiRO in a US product summary, so bought it and find that it does in fact work on BT / TalkTalk lines. I am able to connect my computer, line and telephone to the HiRO and calls can be made or received whether or not the computer is working.
