A great book on how to feel good.

Great for me.
In my case I have 2 compressed discs in my lumbar spine trapping a main nerve this causes phantom pain in my feet, in winter when I take my dog the cold in my feet gets very bad, so this product help,s me a great deal, warm legs means reduced pain, so for me 10 out of 10. This is proved by M. R. I. scan, Norfolk Norwich Hopital, I seen the images it,s like a cross section across the base of my spine ( no blood ), Norman Pearson.
