1 of 1 found this helpful I've had several different blueteeth over the years and this is the 4th or 5th M50. Unfortunately Plantronics has discontinued these and it is getting hard to find ones with the same rubber ear piece, and heavy duty ear hook. I need both to keep the bluetooth in my ear when I work. They still make the E50 but it is an older model than the M50 and the firmware is not as compatible with newer phones. I tried one with my Iphone 6 and had problems. Plantronics has great phone support but informed me that I was out of luck with the E50. So, get the M50 while they last!
