Read the instructions carefully!!
3 of 3 found this helpful The performance of this toothbrush is excellent doing an excellent job of keeping my teeth clean. However, I do have a warning to other users about removing the brush heads. Do read the instructions carefully! This is something I failed to do properly, removing and cleaning the head after brushing. As a result of this, mine broke off just inside the body.
I did manage to effect a temporary repair using a specialist superglue but as part of the internal part that broke won’t come out, I no longer can change the brush head.
However, I am am so impressed by the performance of it, I have bought a new one to replace it!
In comparison with the other brush I have experience of, I prefer the sonic action to the rotary type, and the price is so much less than the leading brands.
