    I asked them to test this head and valve assembly and told them how to do it. They said they did but when i received head and tested it they leak. They said it came off a running engine. I said this maybe true but it will not runup to 100% like it should. they said they would replace the valve stem seals. I said the seals are not leaking the valves are! They would not do anything abought it and quit answering my messages and would not reply! I never even got the seals they said they would replac
