Expensive but quality machine. Works well.
Although almost 100% plastic, this machine has a nice quality construction. The packaging said must not be tilted more than 45 degrees, but needless to say it arrived on its side. I unpacked it (having to largely destroy the box to avoid tilting it) and left it standing overnight (instructions say leave to settle for 6 hours) and upon adding water it has been working fine for over a week so far.
The machine is really simple. Pour in water through the side door, press power button, choose small or large cubes. 8 minutes later the first batch is available for dispensing, though these are small. Subsequent batches are ready a bit quicker, and larger. Dispensing is by holding your glass against the button and a steady stream of cubes drops down. The water dispenser is pumped, and has a good flow. This works even when the machine is not making ice. The drip tray pulls out for easy cleaning, and there is a drain plug you can unscrew with your hand to empty the machine when needed. When the ice compartment is full it stops automatically.
Note that the ice cubes are wet, so to speak, and best used straight from the machine. If you want to put them in a container in your freezer for later they all stick together.
The plug is a 2 pin Euro plug, the sort that is a right-angle plug where a third (earth) pin might be on other electrical items, so you will need an adaptor to use in the UK.

Work perfectly in my Dymo 4XL LabelWriter, and a good size for standard addresses

Works well, lasts ages
This product fits certain coffee makers only, but seems to work well and last for at least six months of daily coffee making.
