  Seller didn’t refund after they said they would once they received the item back. Good item although I was buying for one of my elderly friends as she has the heated blanket and we thought there was a fault with the controller but it was the blanket. Communicated with the seller and he said he would refund. I’m now down £29:99 plus the postage to return!

  Delivery messages very confusing, one day it's at the hub,next its out for delivery expected between 6pm and 10pm, next day a delay, next day back at hub! Still waiting, ordered over a week ago. Yodel

  Unfortunately the controller didnt work (i tried with 2 other blankets) . I contacted the seller twice and received no response at all. I recommend that you do not use this seller.
