Not as good as my old model
0 of 2 found this helpful I ordered this 'refurbished' DC40 to replace my 8 year old DC25. The delivery from Dyson Ebay was excellent [less than 24 hours]. This was almost certainly a brand new cleaner.
On arrival I tried the cleaner and it has so much suction that it is virtually impossible to push across the carpet, this makes use very difficult.
Later that same week when unhooking the handle and hose it came apart and couldnt be repaired. Again Dyson were very quick in replacing the faulty handle, excellent again.
But and it is a concern:- This cleaner seems very flimsy indeed, the handle flexes when pushed with difficulty across my carpet [my wife really struggles] and I doubt it will last anywhere near 8 years as my old unit did. The build quality is rather poor and I wouldn't have liked to have paid the full asking price for this product.
Maybe this will be the last Dyson I buy sadly.

Great product to protect feed
This is just the thing to protect our Hedgehog food from the rain, lightweight design, unobtrusive look and holes in the base to peg to the ground.
And whats better than regular visits from or spikey friends to eat dry food.

V Good wipers
The wipers arrived v quickly, a little tight to fit, maybe the slot for the arm hook is smaller than original wipers but once fitted are fine. The quality of the ability to clear the glass cannot be faulted. All in all and excellent product.
