Great shaping!
I had a permanent muffin top from wearing hipster jeans for too many years. I’m only 130 pounds but it looked sloppy. A couple of years of wearing one of these and high waisted jeans and my body has reshaped itself. As they get older I even cut the crotch part out so I can basically just wear them as a camisole bra. Much easier when you are out (no hooks to do up underneath. Highly recommend these once you find your correct fit.

Paper not as thick as expected and printed both sides
The pictures are beautiful but they are printed on both sides and you can see the lines from the back through the paper. I can’t imagine colouring both sides so that means only half the book can be used. A little disappointed. I had read good things about these books so was expecting a better quality

Small book cheap thin paper
I have heard good things from other reviews but had I actually seen the book I would not have bought it. The paper is so thin you can see the previous page pictures ...almost like tracing paper. And the pages are small and not very detailed. I’m afraid I prefer better quality so I was very disappointed. Looks like something you would buy at a dollar store.
