Mainly Gone but not Forgotten

This is an interesting record of the creation and achievements of The British Empire. In a time when there are so many self appointed victims, it is worth looking back to a structure that was based on the concept of ‘duty’. Not all that ensued was good, but most was well intentioned and ushered in the modern world.

Imperial history brought to life

This is a very interesting collection of photos and text that show daily life in a society undergoing a transformation by colonisation. India gained a lot of today’s infrastructure from the colonial period. It is to be hoped that it keeps its democratic system under threats from China. The material in this Scrapbook gives a hint of how that might be secured.
