  I will say this as many times as I see it happen. Just because you didn't delist something while advertising you have the item, but don't. Is not an excuse. It's the Sellers job to maintain their listings and stock at all time. No out reach was made either, just a refund with no reasoning on it. I had to dig inside the order to find the "out of stock" reason and this just strikes me as lazy. A heads up or out reach message with the explaination isn't too hard to ask. All it would have took.
