A good value, handy tool.

1. It is important to have an electric tool; battery-powered grinders lack the power to cope with the tough claws of bigger and older dogs. 2. It is easy to set up. The noise level should not worry a normally-sensitive dog. The file-head does not need much pressure; too much will stop the head rotating. 3.All in all, this is a very useful tool with no downside that I have discovered.
