Buy this book.
I actually bought this book to replace a very worn copy that I have used over the years to build eight different dirt oval cars. The book is more geared for pavment cars but is still quite useful for dirt cars as well. Two of my cars have won track championships on our local 3/8 dirt oval (sadly not with me driving).
The book itself is old and a lot of what they recomend car selection wise is outdated, but all of the basics are there. The fundimentals of building, setting up the suspension, chassis tricks, etc. are still very applicable. The book even includes tips on painting (but where it says Imron paint, just remember there are now more and cheaper polyurathanes), welding, and even tire selection. The tires are listed by brand, unforunatly the tires listed haven't been produced for years, but the good part is, there are very solid tips on choosing tires that apply to todays tires as well as the long gone listed tires.
All in all, this is one of the best books on fabrication I have ever owned, and I own most of the Steve Smith Autosports collection.

Better than it was.
May be the only one thinking this, but I actually like the new flavor better than the old. It kind of taste like cake batter. At least the chocolate does.

I've lost over 150lbs
This stuff is great. Sure, not eating normal food talked a bit of getting used to but as an alternative to self mutilating surgery this is a great option. I'm down almost 200 lbs total and 150 of that is from the Optifast. Do have a doctor monitoring your progress, there can be some very bad consequences if you didn't. But over all this is a great way to go if you're way overweight.
