I was expecting gentle rose balm, scent is not gentle for sure. Its very soft , luxurious balm that leaves skin soft and pump. The scent on the other hand is overpowering geranium (not rose). It makes my eyes red and punching my sinuses.Overall is good quality but the scent is big minus for me
