Brilliant Machine
I bought this to start my cheese making journey and its a brilliant bit of kit , it keeps the milk at the exact temperature at 32C and later at 38C , yes I understand that its a soup kettle and I could have made a double boiler by using two saucepans, but this is a all in one machine and does the job brilliantly so iam one very very happy chap.
