QC issues?

The hinges were a bit sticky, had to put WD 40 to loosen them and they worked fine. The problem was with the screws, as the heads of half of them snapped off during installation, even with pre-drilling. Had to buy similar screws and they worked fine. I have used these on previous projects and have never had similar issues before.
