    Upon receiving item I noticed it was an opened box and had one of the hinges broken there was no trace of the broken hinge inside the box which means it was broken before it was shipped to me. The seller admitted to not inspecting the unit before selling it and shipping it to me missing it as new. I let the seller know about the broken part on the product and I was advised to mail it back for a refund which in this case mailing this particular size box and weight would cost me almost what I paid

    It was Clearly listed as an open box item. A return for refund was offered to buyer but they refused to open a return and then gave negative feedback.
