Complete junk!
Very cheap quality!! The fiberglass kept on getting pushed backed in and the twisting mechanism broke while using it.

Great bench for the price!!!
I bought this to replace my golds gym xr adjustable bench. I love how stable and rock solid it feels while performing flat and incline bench presses. The leg extension is a little noisy to use but it works.
Overall I give this bench 4.8/5.

Awesome Gear for the outdoor photographer.
This camera clip is well built. Attaches to my Canon 80D very easily and is very strong since most of the pieces are made from aluminum. I bought this and paired it with the peak design sling and it is perfect. It can be easily attached to my backpack, my belt, and whatever type of backpack/messenger bag you have.
The inner plastic was a concern for me since it's the only thing that's holding the camera in place when clipped in. But don't worry there is a fix. There is a YouTuber who had the same concern and he designed a new part exactly as the old part but it's made from stainless steel.
I would definitely buy this again so I can have different carry options without taking the clip off from one backpack to another.
