Contacted the seller straight away to try and cancel but with no response the cancellation was decided. Apparently the item had already been posted, odd as I contact the seller 5mins after my wife had paid. If the seller had responded and just said sorry but no, I would have understood but cannot abide dishonesty. Klein aber Fein
Die Packung ist deutlich kleiner als ich mich vorgestellt hatte. Die Litze aber fonktioniert wie mann erwartet. Bin zufrieden damit.

IPA - but not for the hardened hop-head.
Of the various IPA brew kits out there, the one which comes closest to my taste is Coopers, but it's become expensive in recent times so I have been brewing the Master Pint version. It's ok but to bring it more in line with my ideas I dry hop with one of the aromatic varieties - often Citra.
Prepared like that and with a good long clearing period - say 6+ weeks in my cellar - the result is very satisfactory.
Another way to achieve a bit more flavour-oomph is to make up the kit with less than the standard 20 litres of H2O.
All in all, acceptable quality and tolerable price.
