very unhappy with this purchase
#1. A European battery charger arrived with the phone but I have a USA address! That makes the charger useless to me.
#2. The battery that came with the phone will not hold a charge. I put another battery in the phone that has worked fine.
#3 The phone WILL NOT complete a fast charge using the charger from another LG phone stating that it is not the correct charger, to use the charger that came with the phone. That is not possible because that charger that came with the phone is not made for USA electrical outlets.
# Phone battery is currently at 5%, "estimated charge time is 6 hrs, 37 minutes"....unacceptable

Samsung Galaxy Note4 is one of the best phones available if you want/need to ever replace the battery.
Replacing evil google apps is not easy but the phone is good. LGV20 has a better Voice Recorder because it allows bookmarks to be labeled whereas the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 does not. But overall, the Samsung Galaxy Note4 is a great product. It is better than new phones because of the replaceable battery.
