Overall, a triumph
Bought these to use for work, a common headset to use between my laptop (for Lync / Skype) and my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge).
Firstly sound quality is better than expected, thought these might be a bit tinny but no, good enough for voice, sound and music.
Comfortable enough on my ears, maybe a bit on the heavy side (I don't find them heavy myself but someone more petite than me might find the weight more of a concern than I do).
Battery life is fine, getting about 3 - 4 hours of continuous use out of them on a full charge switching between laptop and phone (variation might be down to one of the phone / laptop connectivity being more power hungry than the other), seems acceptable to me however suppose that's down to your expectations.
Set up was easy (once I read the instructions and stopped trying to guess how to connect them to my phone, you won't guess how to do it without reading the instructions), easier to set up to the laptop than the phone but that's due to the plug in USB thngy which auto loads software onto your laptop and thus does all the connectivity configuration for you.
Criticism 1 - I'd have liked the functions which are all on the right earpiece to have been spread over the 2 x earpieces (i.e. volume up and down on one side, mute and call end on the other), think it would have made the use of these features more straight forward to use.
Criticism 2 - A configurable function that would allow the headset to auto switch off when not in use (i.e. timeout function, if the device has no use other than bluetooth connection it will auto switch off), This would need to be configurable from a relatively short duration (i.e. 15 mins) through to being disabled depending on the user, for me for example I would set a 3 hour timeout as thats the max period of time I'm likely to go without making / receiving a call in work time, as such if I don't have any usage within 3 hours it highly likely that I've gone home and forgotten to switch the headset off (which I do regularly and thus why I'm suggesting this feature).
Overall very satisfied with my purchase, only 4/5 due to the above criticism's, if either of these had been addressed I'd have given this a 5.
